Day 1 - July 10, 2026
Registration and Materials Collection
The first day is dedicated to registration. Participants are requested to sign in at the conference venue and collect all conference materials at the registration counter. Registration will remain open on the 2nd and 3rd day of the conference as well.
Day 2 - July 11, 2026
Opening Ceremony & Keynote Speeches
The conference co-chair will host the opening ceremony in the morning. All participants are expected to attend, followed by a group photo session. During the keynote session, invited speakers will deliver their presentations and share cutting-edge research findings.
Conference Lunch
Please bring your lunch coupon.
Parallel Sessions (Authors' Presentations)
Approximately 10 parallel sessions will be held during this afternoon for authors to present their research.
Conference Dinner
Join us for an evening of networking and dining with fellow conference participants.
Day 3 - July 12, 2026
Academic Discussions and Special Sessions
Engage in in-depth academic discussions, special sessions, and collaborative opportunities with researchers and practitioners in your field.
Note: Please refer to this program overview to plan your trip accordingly. The detailed program schedule will be available approximately 25 days before the conference date.
Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation
Equipment Provided by the Conference Organizer:
- Laptop Computer (MS Windows Operating System with MS PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat Reader)
- Digital Projectors & Screen
Materials Provided by the Presenters:
- PowerPoint or PDF files
Duration of Each Presentation (Tentative):
- Regular Oral Session: 15 Minutes of Presentation including 2 Minutes of Q&A
- Please check the session schedule on the website to see which day and time you are presenting
- Please arrive at the designated room location 10 minutes before the session begins and report to the session chair
- You can use a USB flash drive (memory stick), but please ensure you've scanned for viruses on your own computer
- Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operating system by using commonly used fonts and symbols
- If you plan to use your own computer, please test the connection and ensure it works before your presentation
Poster Presentation
Materials Provided by the Conference Organizer:
- The wall to display the poster
- Maximum poster size is A1
- Load Capacity: Holds up to 0.5 kg
Materials Provided by the Presenters:
- Home-made Posters (size A1)
Important Notes:
- The organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries, or for loss or damage of property belonging to meeting participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please take care of all your belongings
- Along with your registration, you will receive your name badge, which must be worn when attending all official conference sessions and activities. Participants without a badge will not be allowed to enter the venue building. Please don't lend your name badge to others
